RETURNS
If you are not happy with your item for any reason, we accept returns for store credit to the value of the cost of the item less the initial postage cost - flat rate $10 (non-rural), $15 (Rural). Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you return an item using track and trace, as we can not take responsibility for parcels that go missing.

*Not including clearance items. All clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
FAULTY ITEM
On the rare occasion that your item arrives faulty, we can offer a replacement upon return. The return postage costs will be covered by Bay Bridal and Ball Gowns after discussing with our customer the best means of returning the item. If we can’t replace or exchange a faulty item, then we will offer a store credit which has no expiry date or a refund.

Request your return within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Send the items/s you are returning within 5 working days of the returns' approval.
We are sorry, but there are no exceptions if you are away when the parcel arrives.
All returns must be packaged carefully and returned to us with tags still attached to the gown and ready for resale.
We have a strict policy regarding items that are returned with the smell of body odours, smoke or strong perfumes. These may be declined at our discretion. Please get in touch for an extended return time if you feel the garment needs dry cleaning before returning.
Please package the garment carefully in a suitable sized bag.

LAY-BY
We accept Lay-by via PayPal. If you would like to cancel your Lay-by for any reason, there will be a deduction of 5% of the total spend from any payments made so far, Plus any PayPal fees incurred.

Sometimes time is of the essence, and you may find your event approaching quicker than you expected. It isn't always easy buying online, so this is our offer to you:
You may order up to 3 gowns. (please note that this offer excludes our infinity gowns, our Premium Bridal range and our Clearance gowns)
Return 1 or 2 of the gowns for a refund less $10 per dress plus any associated fees from purchases made via credit card, Afterpay or Lay by, (bank transfer does not incur any fees). Unfortunately, these fees are not refunded to our business when we apply a refund.
Return the gowns within 5 working days of receiving your package with tags still attached. You will also need to cover the return postage fee. Once gowns are received, we will refund you for the gowns you don't require. If returning all 3 of the gowns or if you only order 2 gowns and return both of them, then you will receive a store credit for the lowest costing dress in the form of a gift card, and a refund for the other/s.
